Description

The BlackBox Hp replaces a corroded or damaged fuse panel in vehicles with underdash wiring that's otherwise in good condition.

Designed for Corvair cars and trucks, it fits in place of the original fuse panel. Each kit includes specific instructions and a parts-kit tailored to your Corvair model. There are four BlackBox Hp models to fit; 60-64 cars, 61-65 FC Trucks, 65-66 cars, and 67-69 cars.

This 9-fuse panel design is not a reproduction; it upgrades the original 5-7 fuse panel with nine modern ATO fuses; more fuses than original Corvair panels. The BlackBox Hp also has an option-relay for those who want to get creative and use it to power a fuel pump, headlights, or most any other medium-current accessory.

LED Flasher option substitutes a "No-Load" LED turn signal flasher that flashes at a consistent rate and will operate LED signal bulbs. A conventional "Thermal" flasher won't work with most LED bulbs or LED lamp conversions. Note: '65-'66 models have their flasher mounted near the steering column. The '65-'66 BlackBox Hp LED kit includes wiring to move the flasher to the BlackBox Hp fuse panel. This extra wiring is not needed for other models.
